About
The accumulation of flight hours as a Certified Flight Instructor is needed to become a successful airline or corporate pilot and instrument rating experience is highly beneficial. Being able to teach the various rating courses strengthens your skills as a pilot because you will still learn even though you are teaching others.
The bulk of the program consists of 15 hours of ground instruction and 6 hours of flight training. Our program focuses on knowledge and understanding in preparation CFII written exam. Instruction includes creating lesson plans, overview of learning and teaching styles, tools, resources, endorsements, regulations, and more. Flight training consists of flights being completed from the right seat under commercial level standards.
