Is flight training safe?
Absolutely. Flight training occurs throughout the world and only continues to grow. Our Nightline Air team and flight instructors undergo rigorous training and evaluations to provide safe flight training. Our flight instructors ensure each student pilot is properly trained and signed off prior to any solo flights or examinations.
Not only is our entire team trained to high standards, but so is our training aircraft. Each aircraft in our fleet undergo a series of routine maintenance to ensure both the airframe and power plant is inspected and signed off prior to each flight. How long does flight training take?
The duration of training is variable depending on the student's timeline and schedule. As Nightline Air offers a Part 61 Training Program, students are able to train part or full time. Each individual ratings takes anywhere between 1 and 4 months to complete. Overall, our Accelerated Program that covers all 7 pilot certificates and ratings, is estimated to be completed within 18 months. This is based on students that are able to fly at least 2-3 times per week.

The Introductory Flight is one of the most memorable flights that one will take in their flying career. Whether for the experience or insight to your next hobby or career, students will enjoy a hands on experience with a Nightline Air flight instructor in one of our aircraft for 45 minutes.
Your flight instructor will provide an overview of the flight, what to expect, and answer any questions you may have. They will let you be on the flight controls with them so you will be able to experience what it's truly like to be in control of an aircraft. How many hours are required?
This will vary depending on the rating sought. Each program requires different amount of flight and ground hours. Students will spend sufficient amount of time doing ground instruction as well as flight training. Our program syllabus will provide an overview of hours that will be held for ground and flight training. Needless to say, students will have enough hours to feel confident in passing their written exam and practical test.
